Next I tried to mount and read that *.img by DDRescue-GUI and unpack it on another 2TB HDD (Samsung2TB), but it was unable to mount it. After installing Mint on a 2TB HDD (WD2TB), I found DDRescue-GUI, with which I created a full 1TB *.img from my main disk. So I went on a new journey on how to recover data. So, I deleted first my back up, forgot that and deleted also my main disk and then remembered that I already had deleted my backup.

Because just before that I had a copy of my files also on another disk (640GB HDD), but I forgot that I already had (just) deleted these files on that HDD.
